Herbicide Application on Lake Mary Jess, 4/29

The Environmental Protection Division will be performing an aquatic plant herbicide treatment on 4/29/2022.

This treatment is part of an ongoing effort to manage Hydrilla in the NE canal and throughout the lake.

WATER USE RESTRICTIONS:
•  DO NOT USE FOR ANIMAL DRINKING SUPPLY FOR 1 DAY.
•  DO NOT USE FOR IRRIGATION WATER SUPPLY FOR 5 DAYS.

These restrictions only apply to residents on the NE canal. There are NO fishing or swimming restrictions.
