Controlled burn at Savage/Christmas Creek Preserve, 3/14 and 3/15

Environmental Advisory – Controlled Burn being conducted in East Orange County – Commission District 5

Orange County is conducting a controlled burn on Thursday and Friday, March 14th and 15th, at its Savage/Christmas Creek Preserve (SCCP) property located on the northwest corner of Hwy 50 and West Christmas Road and smoke will be visible from several miles away.

The Savage/Christmas Creek Preserve address is 11046 NW Christmas Rd, Christmas, FL 32709-9742.

SCCP will be temporarily closed during the operation of the controlled burn.
